Now that the post-fair excitement has settled, we’re back with a short summary of PROMO SHOW 2023. From the very first day of the event, we could feel the energy that drove the whole fair and our conversations with visitors.
We created a party atmosphere
From the start, we took a non-standard approach to our display. Our stand was designed to inspire products tailored to different occasions and industries.
We divided the stand into four zones:
- Fashion show
- Festival
- Wedding
- Conference
Each of them showed a different approach to personalising promotional gadgets.
Products for different industries
Fashion show
In this zone, we focused on the clothing and accessories industry:
- pins with different clasps
- Crocs pins
- lace charms
- buttons and button covers
- bracelets made of beads
Festival
The festival zone combined the atmosphere of music events and industry meetings:
- lanyards with personalised buckles
- pins and keychains
- festival bracelets
- conference and office gadgets
Wedding
In the wedding area, we presented products suited to elegant occasions and events:
- lacquer seals for envelopes
- bottle tags
- drink markers
- heart-shaped magnetic keychains
- decorative napkin bracelets
Drink markers attracted particular interest – they combine a practical function with the option of full personalisation.
Conference
The conference zone was dedicated to practical and eco-friendly products:
- stress-relief pens
- charms for notebook elastic bands
- company pins
- Ekonewka caps in different shapes (cloud, leaf, planet, star, snowflake, Christmas tree)
Visitor interest and reactions
The fair brought us lots of inspiration and questions about new directions for our products.
The most common enquiries were about:
- personalising pins
- new versions of Ekonewka
- more advanced 3D forms
- custom projects (e.g. realistic models and figurines)
PROMO SHOW 2023 showed us that personalising promotional gadgets is a direction that keeps growing and inspires new forms.
